Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS


We do not accept returns unless for damaged or defective products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 15 days to initiate a return for a damaged or defective product. Ensure that all contents being returned are unused/unworn with original tags and packaging. Refunds will take place once item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any purchases. Please ensure that the product color and size is correctly selected upon checkout. For special cases please email brian.pooch@gmail.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
